Helping Us Support Your Needs: The New "Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag"

At Almondbury Surgery, we are committed to making sure that everyone can access our services easily and safely. We are pleased to announce the launch of the Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag.

If you have a disability or a long-term condition that makes it difficult to use health services, we can now add a "Digital Flag" to your medical record. This flag ensures that:

• Your needs are known: Whether you need a quiet waiting area, a longer appointment, or information in Large Print, staff will see this as soon as they open your file.

• The NHS works together: With your record flagged, hospitals and ambulance services will also be aware of your requirements before you arrive, so you don’t have to keep repeating yourself.
